LCHSABC Meetings
Submitted by Bill Cunningham on Tue, 2006-11-28 23:54.The Executive Council (EC) will conduct a minimum of 6 meetings per calendar year (recommended as: February, April, June, August, September, November). Executive Council Meetings will be held in the LCHS Library, 7:00pm on the 2nd Wednesday of the month, as scheduled.
Members, to include Parents, Coaches, Admin and anyone interested in supporting LCHS Athletics may contact the EC 7 calendar days prior to the 2nd Wednesday of any month to request a General Membership meeting to convene up to one hour prior to the EC meetings. This forum will allow the General Membership to advise the EC of any reports, ask any questions, or address any concerns that may arise throughout the year.
July begins the calendar year for each newly elected Executive Council.

Rising Freshman Athletes - Fall Sports Info Meeting (Spirit Items Available)

Winter Sports Parent Meeting

Now that the fall season is officially complete, it is time to turn our focus to the winter. Teams have been selected and practices are underway. We will hold our seasonal parents meeting on Monday 11/23 at 7pm in the auditorium. I need everyone to do their best to attend. We get things organzied and ready to go at this meeting. We start scrimmages on Tuesday and our first games/matches upon return from Thanksgiving break.

Fall Sports Parent Meeting

7pm in the main gym - Overview of Fall Sports by Athletic Director, Ken Wright
Followed by break out sessions with individual sports coaches.
Winter Sports Parent Meeting
Submitted by Dan Huber on Wed, 2008-11-12 00:00.The athletic department will be holding a parents meeting for all parents of Winter athletes, on Tuesday 11/18 at 7pm starting in the Auditorium and then breaking out into individual team meetings. This is required by Loudoun County Public Schools, as the following topics will be discussed:
- Lettering Requirements
- County and Team Rules and Regulations
- Schedules
- Attendance Requirements
Additional Items:
- Booster Information - Membership / 300 Club
- Ticket and Concessions sign-ups (for pre-meeting sign up: Volunteer Openings)
We ask that all parents attend, as it will give each of you an opportunity to meet the coaches, hear about the program, and meet other parents in the athletic family.
