Family Passes

Cost is $75 for a single pass or $175 for the entire family. Checks should be made out to LCHS and we need a family picture (not returned) for pictures for the passes.

A Family Pass allows the holder of the pass to attend any home sporting event. Another big benefit of the Family Pass is being able to leave an re-enter the sporting events without cost.

Please contact Ken Wright for more information (KWRIGHT1@Loudoun.k12.va.us)

Fall Sports Picture Day

Pictures for fall sports will be on Thursday 8/17 from 9-12. Information will be going home on Monday with your athlete.

Fall Sports Mandatory Parents Meeting

The parents meeting for all fall sports will also be on Thursday 8/17 at 7pm in the main gym. More info will be going home with athletes soon. I know some teams are having quick parents meetings this week after cuts are made to order shoes, etc... THIS IS NOT IN PLACE OF THE COUNTY MANDATED PARENTS MEETING. Please make every effort to attend.

LCHS/CLYFL Football Clinic

LCHS football and the ABC are hosting a football clinic for the members of the Central Loudoun Youth Football League. The football coaching staff and current players will be instructing the clinic.

Catoctin Sports has once again offered to be the clinic sponsor and will be providing FREE T-shirts for participants. Participants will also be given a FREE burger (or hot dog) and a cold drink. Concessions and Spirit Wear will be available for sale to the general public.

3rd Annual Tailgate Party

The 3rd annual "Beat Valley Raider Rally" tailgate will be held for all students on Friday from 5-7. Red, Hot and Blue is catering again and Cheers Sports is underwriting the event...so thanks to them. Last year over 700 students attended and were fed for free and then helped cheer their Raiders to Victory over Rappahannock (last year's opponent). However, we have a few issues:

1. We are meeting on the baseball field (site of the tailgate) Thursday at 5pm to set up. Please consider coming and giving a hand for 15, 30 or 120 minutes. There are picnic table to set up, VB nets, a stage for the student bands (a new twist), etc... Again, this is free to all students and only our hard work as a group will make this go off as planned.

2. Linda Thompson and Wendy Huber are looking for a few more volunteers for concessions Friday night at the game. We are expecting a HUGE crowd and if you enjoy chaos (joke...i think), come give them a hand. Please email Linda at lthomps1@loudoun.gov

Hope to see everyone!!!
